Follow up Meeting 4-5 weeks prior to event to develop wedding day schedule of events, review contracts and expectations of vendors, do venue site visits, and discuss day-of specifics.
Wedding Week and Day of Wedding Production
Distribute detailed schedule of events to all necessary parties, confirm vendors and arrival times, attend and orchestrate wedding rehearsal, participate in ceremony and reception venue set-up and tear-down, direct and cue all vendors including final payments and tips, manage day's events.
